Do not approach whales head on within 100 yards.
Avoid placing the vessel in the path of surfacing whales.
Do not disrupt the normal behavior of an animal or whale.
Operate at at a slow safe speed when in the presence of wildlife.
Put engines in neutral When whales approach within 100 yards and do not re-engage propulsion until whales are observed clear of harm’s way from the vessel.
Track parallel course of whales.
Do not separate whales from a group.
Do not feed or harass wildlife
